Super quite, docks perfectly!!
Had a roomba for years that quit on me. Bought a new one that self emptied, quit working after 5 cleans. Replaced it with another Roomba, but a stripped down version, back to basics like my old one. Also quit working, got stuck all the time, never made it back to the base. In come my Baby Shark, I love this thing. Amazingly quite, the laser detection works great. It doesn't bump all the walls and furniture at full speed as the mapping feature and laser detection work seamlessly. The whole family has commented on how quite this thing is, it would be a great purchase for that feature alone!!

Poor customer service
I don't normally write reviews but felt I should on this. The vacuum itself works well and picks up a lot of dirt. The problem is the app. It took me hours to connect to wi-fi and it keeps dropping. It's not my wi-fi service because everything else stays on. Getting it to connect again took me hours once and now it won't connect again. I called customer service and they couldn't figure it out and told me someone would call me back the next day which they did not. I called again and still no one. It's also not the most user friendly app. It's not hard but you really need time to play with it and some of the directions don't seem to coincide with the options available.For me, the product itself seems to work well. It won't replace a human vacuuming, but enough for day to day basic cleaning management. If the app worked well then I'd be okay with it. I still have the product and need to decide if the vacuum's cleaning ability outweighs the terrible and customer service.

Strong vacuum, has easy to use app.Maps out your rooms once and your good.Send it whatever rooms you like.Fun to watch. Watch out and grab on a deal.Be sure to get the correct replacement parts for it. They look the same for other models but can be a different size.

Honestly great!
If you’re looking for an automatic floor sweeper this is honestly it.We have nothing but smooth floors so I can’t speak for carpet floors but if yo I have laminated floors or wood this is great!I’ve had it for a few months now and honestly living with a dog that sheds twice it’s body weight this has been a life saver.I used to have to sweep twice a day if not more if we had people coming over, I usually set this to clean 3x a day and it’s more than enough.My biggest issue is the battery life, it’s horrible honestly. It’s not capable enough to clean the entire home (I live in a small mobile home), so I usually set it to ultra clean a single room at a time.If you do get this And you have a dog CLEAN IT OFTENThe hairs WILL eventually obstruct the air passage and it’ll reduce performance GREATLY.But other than that it’s been reliable, easy to use etc
