These, “AdaptWell” Ashwagandha + Rhodiola Rosea capsules from Labo Nutrition are decent for the price. The bottle arrives packed inside a cardboard box and the box is full of information about the capsules and their ingredients. The bottle also contains a lot of the same information on the label, however the box is a bit more detailed, so you may want to hang onto it.There are 90 capsules per bottle, and the suggested serving is 1 capsule. Each 1 capsule serving contains 500mg of Ashwagandha Root Extract, 125mg of Rhodiola Rosea Root Extract, and 5mg of Black Pepper Extract (BioPerine). The box also reads that the extracts are standardized. Ashwagandha has >7% Withanolides. Rhodiola Rosea has >5% Rosavins, > 3% Rosavin, and >1% Salidroside.The capsules are easy to swallow, and there is a lot of information on the package. These capsules do give me a noticeable uptick I sometimes get with Ashwagandha, so I have no complaints! I’ve used a number of products from Labo Nutrition, and so far I’ve found them all to be of good quality. Made in Singapore.

This supplement is made by a reputable company that sells many supplements on Amazon, all with good reviews. This particular supplement seems to be of very good quality and concentration. I am very happy with the one a day variety. This being a three months supply makes it pretty affordable as well. My only complaint is that the packaging does not state where the supplement is made or sourced. I prefer to buy supplements made int he USA and from trusted sources. But I am very pleased in every other aspect and do highly recommend!

I wasn't a fan of this company's other product that I tried (Mushroom extract) due to overhyped marketing claims regarding standardization. I needed some more Ashwagandha so I decided to try this. The two herbal ingredients in this can help anxiety and mood.I asked the company for a COA about this product to get more information on the source and quality of the ingredients, including standardization. I was told I can't share what I received but I was disappointed by what I saw. I do appreciate they did get back to me with this info but it didn't help things as I was wondering about the standardization/source of this product.I didn't have any problems taking this , the few times I did but like this company's other product I would rather stick with a different brand.

We are living in stressful times. Gas prices rising. Food prices rising. Hard to find items because of the shipping crisis. Then you have issues at home, a screaming toddler, a stopped up sink, the laundry needs done and so on. I used to get upset and yell, frustrated because of everything that is going on.This once a day pill has helped me with my stress level by day 3. Yeah the stress is still there, but I'm calmer and can handle things better. I also just feel better and able to focus better. And I got the laundry done!Great for stress and anxiety, something to help you relax without knocking you out or making you a zombie.

This was well tolerated by my sensitive system. I didn't feel any better or worse than using the other brands so I guess it would boil down to personal preference.

These are easy to take and I think they are helping with my adult daughter's mood.
