Yes it will fit. In fact I bought it to protect my AirPods Pro gen 2

Is there enough room in the case for the charger, cable, and power adapter?

It could maybe fit the charger cable with the air pods depending on how long the cable is. A power adapter and charger wouldn't fit in the pouch if you have your airpods in it. To give perspective, you would need 3 different pouches if you were really set on fitting everything inside. One for airpods and short cable, another for an adapter, and the last for the charger.
