Love it!
I got my Dad a Zippo many years ago and he still uses it to the day. I wanted to get him another with a little more added meaning. I love the matte black and it was engraved perfectly. His last name is Wills and he always says, "When there's a Wills, there's a way," so it seemed fitting to engrave that on his Zippo. Very happy with this item.

Not “engraved” but screen printed
I gave this personalized Zippo lighter to a friend for his 45th sober birthday, and he absolutely loved it. The custom design made it a meaningful and unique gift, and the classic black matte finish added a sleek, timeless look. However, I was a bit disappointed to find that the “engraving” is not actually engraved but screen printed on. While it still looks nice, it doesn’t have the premium feel I was expecting for the price. The lighter itself is great quality, as you’d expect from Zippo—durable, windproof, and reliable. It’s a practical keepsake that still feels special and personal. The cost of shipping was also a bit high, which is why I’m giving it four stars instead of five. Overall, despite the engraving detail, this is still a thoughtful and functional gift. If you’re okay with the screen-printed design, it’s a great choice for a special occasion.

Such a great customizable and perfect gift!
Got this as a gift for my boss when he was on his way out being transfered to another store. As far as looks go the material feels premium but looks a bit cheap. Overall I'd say quality is average for looks. The colors are average for lighters so not much to review there. The lighter performs really really good and he was super happy with the quality of it. He even accidently sent it through a whole was cycle one day and it worked like nothing happened after letting it dry out! Flame is average compared to a bic lighter and weight agian feels more premium than the lighter actually is. I don't use lighter so i don't know the ease of use / setting it up but he didn't seem to have any issues!
