I trail run and am plagued by occasional flare ups of plantar fasciitis(PF). I've had success getting rid of my PF in the past with a combination of insoles and compression socks. I've found that the insoles were the piece that continued to help once my feet were no longer screaming in pain. I have had mixed results with over the counter insoles. Most pairs don't help much and one brand horribly aggravated my PF ( It felt like bones in my feet were being broken). This pair by STSVZORR are on the other end of the spectrum. The arch is the right height and in the correct position for my foot(yours may differ). It is stiff enough to provide the needed support while being flexible enough to have no impact on my foot's natural movement while running and walking. These are my new go to PF insoles. I was a bit hesitant to provide this honest review because I don't want them to be sold out when I need more of them

I got this pair because I work long shifts and I have problems with feet pain. After trying few products that wore out really fast, I decided to try this one. I noticed the change right away! They are the perfect shape that give good support and comfort and even after working a double shift, I don't feel the pain I experienced previously! I'm wearing them every day and switch between shoes and they always bounce back to its original form like they are never worn. If you want to feel comfortable after working long shifts, this is what you are looking for.

Even if you think you might have a high arch, these are probably not for you.I bought these a while ago. But it wasn't until I rolled my right ankle (and am stuck in a boot brace for a while) that I noticed that these inserts cause me to walk on the outside of my shoes (feet). Even more than I already do. And I only found that out by trying on new shoes that are supposed to help with that! I tried the new shoes on with and then without the inserts. My friend, who was watching me walk, commented on how much of a difference there was when I didn't have the insert in.Pain-wise, they didn't help much, if at all. The only reason I'm still using the left one (for the moment) is because I can't find the original insert for my current shoes and I don't want to buy new inserts, just to wear out the left before the right, while I heal. Same reason I'm not buying new shoes right now.I just strongly caution anyone thinking about buying these. If you already walk on the outside of your shoes, these are only going to make that worse.

The media could not be loaded.  My husband has been skeptical about these insoles because he believed that it doesn’t help.Boy, was he wrong! We ordered this because just to try it out but he is in love!!! He is a salesman. He’s on his feet 10+ hours a day and 5-7 days a week. He has been using it for 5 days straight and he doesn’t want to take it off. He’s been switching it off between his shoes.His feet is very flat and the the curve on the insoles help take off pressure and weight off of his feet. His leg is less tired and less stiff when he comes home after using this product.Packaging bag has some good information about insole Selection chart.

These are GREAT! I’ve been wearing them in my shoes for 2 weeks and my plantar fasciitis pain has finally subsided after MORE than a year and trying many other inserts and even $100+ OrthoFeet shoes! Fantastic! So happy and pain free finally. Side note- I spend at least 9 hours a day on my feet and that’s for a minimum of 4 days a week. That being said, this was a big problem to correct since I don’t have enough time to rest my really bad plantar fasciitis foot that has the most pain. A++. Relief!!

I spent quite a bit of time looking through all the products available before settling on this one. I am so glad I did. I wear a size 8 shoe and recently purchased a pair of sloggers clogs which I love but the insole support was not great. I have hardwood floors throughout my home and flat feet. I really felt I needed better insoles to provide support. I found them! These are not too thick so my feet can still slide into my clogs easily, but the support and balance I was looking for are there. I plan to buy more for all my clogs (i have a few colors) and sneakers!

These inserts actually made the pain in my feet worse. They fit well in the shoes and felt comfortable at first, but at the end of the day my foot pain was worse.

I’ve tried many insoles for plantar fasciitis and I can say these are the best. The issue with a lot of insoles is that they are too thick, and your toes end up squeezed in your shoes, causing pain and discomfort.I work in the restaurant business and I’m in my feet 10 hours a day sometimes with little or no break. These really help, they are just the right thickness and support for the arch of the foot. I’m going to buy more .

Love these! They got great in my shoes and are true to their description! I could use a higher/sturdier arch support personally - but otherwise these orthotics are perfect! Love the stability points!
