I only use TP-Link SFPs in my TP-Link switches
I've been a TP-Link Omada fan for about 4 years now. The OC-200 controller, while only 100MB, is a little slow but it simply works and works well. I have 5 TP-Link switches throughout the house, all on a 10GB backbone. I will only use TP-Link SFPs in my TP-Link switches because compatibility is guaranteed. To be fair, I have tested some 10GTEK SFPs and they seem to work OK too. Though I've never done a back to back comparison test of speed, longevity etc, I just feel better using the manufacturer's SFPs in their switches. I've never had one of these fail or give me any problems. For a few bucks more each it's worth the peace of mind to me. Recommended.

Does exactly what its supposed to do
I have 4 of these total. Two of them are in the SFP+ ports on my TP-Link TL-SG3210XHP-M2 switch. The other two are both in Intel X520 based SFP+ PCI-E cards. One is in our desktop the other is in our Unraid based home server. Both connection are done over 100' multimode fiber. The server has been up and running for a few months now with no issues and I recently did the desktop upgrade. There isn't to much to say other than they make a solid connection and I have had no issues. If I ever do a setup for anyone else I will defiantly pick up some more.
