FREEZING
Great selection of channels. But you cannot count on watching them because of constant freezing. Sometimes it is great but more other times it is disappointing. Very frustrating to start watching a program and then the freezing starts. I have mine wired to my router. My router is working fine. I would not purchase again nor would I recommend rhis product to someone else.

Very disapointed. My 1st purchase was $ 248 w/one year subscription over 3000 chanels & over 13000 movies - I like it so much I decided to buy a nother one for a friend. So I clicked on buy it again. The price was then $ 200 I asked myself, Oh the price dropped. But to my suprise I got a complete different one - It had no eagle lable - just under 1400 chanels & only 11000 videos and worst of all ONLY 10 month left on it. I did not get 1year subscription and plenty of good chanels does not work - no Caribbean stations at all.I am very disapointed with the seller. I wanted to buy lots more, but I am afraid

Excellent picture and reception
This really works and the quality is great. It has HDMI output and gets over 1400 channels. It also has special areas for movies, radio, tv shows. This is so much different than others that I purchased. This is the one to buy.

Works Perfectly and Great Customer Service
I am writing this review after using the box for a while so it is based on actual experience. The box works perfectly and the set up is very easy, plug and play. Best of all, the customer service is great, very courteous and professional; they make a big difference.
