Se lo metto come da predisposizione puntualmente prende fuoco il legno anche se è in acqua da 24 ore, sbaglierò io qualcosa sicuramente ma non trovo soluzioni diverse che metterlo sopra la griglia

Perfect fit

Had the cast iron charcoal tray previously which was heavy and hard to clean and did not fit my use. These however fit directly in place of the sear plates and you can shove pieces of charcoal in to make the same smoky effect
