odd tasting cheese
What a let down. I guess when you think of nacho cheese, DON'T add the word Velveeta to it. This is pretty bad. I had forgotten to get nacho cheese on the side form Taco Bell and I was like, Wait. I have the velveeta cheese. I used it. I threw away half of a taco. It's not completely awful. It's just got a odd taste compared to what you expect of Nacho cheese.

Great!
These are great. Just the right size for individual servings and the taste is fantastic.

Problem fixer
Simply remove from cup and add water and/or salsa, mix well, microwave. Follow directions on back of cup, mix. Water will keep sauce from burning!Or:I know that these are not great for quest as is, so if you want a better dip, do this:Use mild/medium/hot (I like Pace) salsa, verde sauce, or even water if in a pinch to dilute the sauce. Salsa is best if it has a higher water content. That is key.Remove sauce from cup and mix with small amount of salsa. If your favorite salsa is thick, add water... same thing. In bowl, try to mix cheese with salsa and power the microwave down to 50% and spend 20 seconds of your life standing in front of microwave to make sure sauce doesn't boil over. Remove and mix well. Know what mixes well? A powered hand mixer. Mix to taste and add extra 1/8 cup or a splash of water because this stuff sucks up water unusually well, hence the burning problem. Return to microwave and microwave until hot. I don't know your machine so you'll have to watch. Dilute with more sauce water. Eat, preferably with tortilla chips, Mexican food or wonton strips. My Super Bowl recipe:1 medium-size Pace Picante sauce1 lb. burger meatTaco powder mix1 brick VelveetaChicken broth, optional1 reg. Size can Refried beans, optionalMake taco meat - follow instructions on back of packet, set asidePlace 3/4 of cheese brick (in @ 1 1/2" cubes) cheese in crock pot or on low in sauce panAdd 1/2 salsa jar to cheese immediately, stir until partially incorporatedIntroduce cooked taco meat, mixAdd more salsa until you reach desired viscosity, mixHere add refried beans as you like and keep water or chicken broth nearby to keep nacho sauce from drying outSimmer on stovetop or keep warm (use cover) and continue to mix as needed. You will need to continue mixing every so often and make sure the cover is on when not usingThis makes a lot of people very happy 😊.It sounds complicated but it's sooo worth it!I made the recipe and made copies for friends who requested it. It was far the most popular thing we make for the Super Bowl.College students: buy these things, make, eat. Makes for great hangover food because of the high salt content, inexpensive.Use half of taco mix and refried beans and you can make a big plate of nachos the next day.Enjoy!

Pass on these
These are so STUPID. One, they aren't that much cheaper than a normal size box. And there's 6 ounces left. The appeal is great...I live alone but always have a craving for queso. If I make a big batch I eat a whole batch and gain 10 lbs. these seemed like the solution. Nope. Crappy things burn, but come out cold. I've tried everything, lower the cook temp on the microwave, shorter bursts, nothing works. Comes out black burnt and cold. The whole thing isn't burned, but enough of it is. The rest you're left with is cold cheese dip which is gross. These also lack flavor. "Nacho cheese" is what is says. It's not even the normal velveeta taste, it's milder than that. So even without the burning and coldness they are bland as hell.Waste of money.

Do not get this if you want real nacho cheese flavor. This was an impulse buy and I was hoping this would taste like what you get at a concession stand at ball games and fairs, but it was such a let down. Had a bad taste that lingers in your mouth. My nieces might take a liking to it so I will not throw away the other cups in the package but I will never buy this again. I could not even get through half of a cup with tortilla chips. I will be looking for another brand that would be better.
