OtterboxSYMMETRY SERIES Case for Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G (ONLY - DOES NOT FIT non-Plus or Plus sizes) ROCK CANDY (SCUBA BLUE/LAKE BLUE)

The color is NOT the pretty teal color in their picture. It is closer to the pics I posted, like a sky blue. The case is also kind of big/ loose on the phone. The case alone feel sturdy and durable.

I ordered for my S21 ultra. Received a case for S21 ultra. IT DOESNT FIT PROPERLY! I've always purchased the symmetry series for my phones, and never had a problem. Otterbox really dropped the ball on the measurements on this case. I'll wait a few months and maybe they will have it right.

Does not protect the screen edges, ended up with a cracked screen.

Like most OtterBox products, this Symmetry case is pretty nicely built - EXCEPT that the charging port, mic and speaker is uncovered except for a thin, soft piece of plastic 'frame',, which creates an architectural soft spot. The one at the charging port right in the front bottom center where I tend to rest my thumb when I hold the phone sometimes causes the front of the case at the bottom to feel cheap and flimsy. That portion of the case doesn't snap to the frame of the phone the way the rest of the case does. This is the weak spot of the case and this is where the case will ultimately break down.On my old phone I had the Commuter which did have a cover over the charging port and therefore did not suffer from this same architectural weakness. I chose the Symmetry because it was the only OtterBox available on Amazon that came in a fun color (Rock Candy blue), and I'll admit that if more colors were available for the Commuter besides boring dark colors I would never have considered the Symmetry.

I'm undecided on this case. I've had Otter for all my phones and have loved them. But, this one is a bit lacking. The sides have very little lift for screen protection. And the protection for the camera is a joke. It is nice that the camera now does not stick out on the 21 Ultra, but will still allow for scratches. I had read about the Defender series issues of lifting screen protector off, so went with this one. It's not a super snug fit like other Otters, but does not feel like it'sgoing to fall off. I like the color, not really sure what other people's issues were with it unless their screen is set to a super funky color setting, but it's the same teal and aqua that it looks in the picture.All in all, I don't hate the case, and will give it a try. But, for an OtterBox, it is a bit lacking.
