does this watch come with instructions?

Unfortunately, we already stopped sending manuals together with the watch to lessen the use of paper but you can view and download the manual through this link http://assets.timex.com/manual/W-307.pdf.

Thank you for your inquiry. It does not have the stopwatch feature but has 100-hour Chronograph and a 24-hour countdown timer.

Do you have the same design with stainless steel band ???

Not at this time. All versions of the Timex Expedition Grid Shock come with resin straps.
