Seen rave reviews about this product/ scent all over TikTok and after reading some of the one and two star reviews on here with some people saying it smells like old grandma perfume or crayons.. even pickles.. I was sceptical but added to cart anyways because I was soo curious. Even more curious because it seemed so many people love it but I guess it doesn’t smell the same to everyone. Such different explanations on how this scent smelled. I was intrigued by that fact alone. How could everyone be describing the smell of this so differently? Let me just say I DO NOT REGRET MY PURCHASE! I can’t believe how amazing this smells!!! It’s a bit strong right out of the bottle but I couldn’t stop taking a whiff of it. I have never smelled anything like this. It’s very unique, sophisticated and mysterious. Best way I can describe it is that it is very woodsy/musky with a tiny hint of vanilla. I am a female and I would say that it’s a bit more leaning towards a masculine scent but I also see it as a unisex fragrance. I’m diffusing it in a water diffuser and a few drops is all you need. This stuff smells like heaven in a bottle!!! No joke. I’m just so happy I got this because I want my whole home to smell like this every single day. I would even wear it on my skin… it’s that good. But I really think everyone should get a chance to smell this. It’s that special ❤️ Fast delivery and came in a nice little container (pictured), Well sealed and well packaged. Here is my review for both Santal and London. SANTAL: This scent is unbelievably nuanced. I put one single drop on the cardboard Amazon box that it came in. At first, it was very peppery and almost chemical in odor, like overripe fruit. This was disappointing. I placed the box in the garage so that it would not stink up my house. I figured I would just return the vial. However, the next morning, I went to grab something from the garage and overnight, that single drop perfumed my usually dank garage with something unearthly. This scent is somehow both clean and sensual. It also achieves something that is very traditional yet extremely modern. Based on my subjective sense experience, the spicey notes are very heady (without being overpowering) and the mid tones are somewhat fruity-musky. Today is day three, and it now sells CREAMY, like very expensive santal. I would like to add that, while this scent is almost unisex, it is decidedly feminine. LONDON: I ordered this one expecting something a little bit more accessible (immediately likable). Based on descriptions, I thought it would be more smokey and sweet. Replicating my experiment with Santal, I just put one drop on cardboard and left it in my garage. Initially, there was an overpowering medicinal spicy/herbal scent that was altogether off-putting. Not gonna lie: it made me think of Bengay. So, whereas I was hoping it would smell like a cool hip English lounge filled with yuppy dudes who just came in from having a nice cigar (I know, oddly specific, but that’s how it’s marketed), the reality was that it made me think of a retirement home. Oh well. Off to the garage it went to do its thing. A few hours later, it smelled like a barber shop: somewhere between Bay Rum and Old Spice original - a marked improvement. Then another few hours later, I could start smelling the smokey/leathery/sweet notes. It is still day one of this scent, and I’m excited to see where this goes! I am definitely impressed that both of these have changed so much over time. It’s very potent stuff, and I almost don’t want to put it in a diffuser just because of how nice it is on a frickin’ piece of cardboard. That is straight up alchemy.

Tons of compliments from this scent. Of course the price is premium based on a luxury scent. I ended up buying the larger version to make it a better value. This is now my main home scent

I took a trip to Manhattan New York and stayed at the Motto Hotel I can tell you from all the hotels that I've stayed at during my travels this is the only Hotel where I was greated with the most pleasant smell in the lobby. My daughter and I we're on a mission to find a candle or an essential oil that mimicked that smell. I took a chance on this essential oil on Amazon and I read the reviews and I can tell you 100% this is the scent of what was in that hotel. The Perfect Blend of freshness and elegance in a bottle. The smell is so mesmerizing and your home feels and smells like a million bucks it makes you want to clean your home and organize it if you know what I mean. The only reason why I gave it four stars is because the smell does not last a full day. So I find myself having to add more essential oils where a couple of drops works for maybe a few hours but that's about it. I also descaled and cleaned my diffuser but still the sense diminished quicker than I expected. Be mindful that if you cook foods with strong smells this is just a temporary fix. I wish the scent would last a little longer but really and truly I would purchase it again.
