With a retail cost of eighteen bucks for a 60 day supply this is a bit pricey.Make sure you check your prescriptions and that you can take something with grapeseed extract. I didn't realize this could be an issue until after I'd already taken them for a month. I'll finish this bottle, but won't purchase it in the future.Each capsule is 500mg so if that's enough for you, these will last for 4 months which makes the price much better.These are easy to swallow and don't have any weird taste of after taste if you burp.Overall I liked them fine, and they likely worked as I stayed healthy the whole month.

For the life of me, I just don't understand how companies can list there vitamin C as 1000mg when each capsule is only 500mg. They make the serving size two capsules in order to do this but that just doesn't seem right to me. I have others that actually require 4 pills to make up a serving so maybe I shouldn't complain so much about this one which requires only two. Take note that this Elite Life bottle of tablets contains 60 servings. That's twice as many as the last bottle of 1000mg vitamin C I had. I can take the two capsules easily and there is no stomach discomfort. It is a simple addition to my daily supplement consumption and I hope that it will provide the stated benefits. It is too soon to comment on the vitamin C's efficacy.
