Not what I expected at all...
I've seen ads for products like this over the last few months, so I decided to give it a try. This review is kind of a challenge to write, because I want to say something positive about the product - but I feel like I've been misled. First off, there's the campaign to convince the buyer that cotton swabs are ineffective and even dangerous to use. Then there are the photos which make the product feel large enough so that it can't lance your ear drum like a cotton swab potentially will. Following that, they left me feeling convinced that I had years of crud in my ear canal which only this product can safely remove. In truth, none of these points were accurate for me when I actually tried the product. This device is tiny. Minuscule, even - especially when compared to the size and girth of a standard cotton swab. I'm more concerned that it will harm my ear in a way that a cotton swab can't. It's made of metal, and there is an actual metal tip inside the spring structure at the top. If a cotton swab is dangerous for you, this product can only be more so. After several uses, I've yet to retrieve even a single granule of earwax with it. In fact, after I shower I still have to use a cotton swab to clean my ears. What I've learned is that cotton swabs have done the job admirably all along. My ears are clean, no gobs of hair and gunk are being extracted, and I have my usual cotton swabs to thank for it. I'm gonna hang on to this ear wax removal tool, just in case I find a better use for it; but my advice for people who are about to buy into the hype regarding it is just to save your money and go buy some cotton swabs from the dollar store instead.

Better than Q-tips
Works far better than a qtip and it’s reusable. Highly recommend.

Most except too much
A lot of the reviews on here are how people were expecting these big lumps of wax to be removed. It won’t happen it works just as well as a Q-tip if not a bit better. By spinning and applying force to the walls of the ear it gets the wax out. Maybe a bit pricy for what it but over time you’ll save atleast that much

Scary to use in case it breaks.
It is cured, but the spiral's connection to the handle is questionable. Scary to use in case it breaks.

Didn't work for me or my husband
I had a lot of hope for this product, but it didn't work for my husband and me. No wax even stuck to the product and we both used a q-tip after to see if there was in fact wax to clean and there was. Definitely don't recommend.

Não serve pra nada... Vá a um otorrino e faça uma lavagem, melhor decisão...
