Q: About how long does it take to crank the handle and go from sitting to standing and vice versa? Thanks!

Sitting to a comfortable standing height about 15 seconds average. A minute would b way off. BTW the max height is way over the comfort range of standing of the average person.

Q: Can a 32" deep desktop fit? Since the frame is only 25" front to back I am afraid the crank would hit.

Yes, you can have overhang. This frame is heavy duty, it is not a cheap Ikea like product. My desktop is 30" deep and it overhangs the frame 2 1/2" front and back with no problem. You can have 4", or 5", overhang in the back and this frame will handle it. You can have 3" beyond the frame in front and the handle will fit, but not more. So just let it overhang on the back side.

The minimum dimensions for the top are 44"W x 25"L.

Q: How is this product different than the ergo elements adjustable height standing desk? these two look exactly the same.

I just received and assembled 4 of these this week, so I'm pretty well familiar with the build and pieces. Looking at the zoomed in pictures of the other desk, they appear identical to me. My guess would be that they're the same desk made by the same manufacturer but sold by two different brands. That just a guess though.
