Which result should I use?** A: The first time I used it was the lowest light blue color after 2 minutes and then I threw the strip away. Second time it was the same result but I left the strip out and after a few extra minutes it was darker so I’m not sure either what is accurate. I also pump for my kiddo so every drop of milk is precious and pumping and dumping would hurt my heart too much, but mommy also needs a glass of wine every now and again. Before finding these strips I would wait a VERY long time to pump to be absolutely sure my milk was alcohol free. These strips provide peace of mind and a proper estimation of how long to wait for my milk to be alcohol free.Like another reviewer, I did a control to start with diluted wine and sure enough that’s the dark blue strip. The white strip is a clean run of breast milk several hours after one glass of wine and the light blue one is what happens if you get hand sanitizer on then pad - beware. My wife used them a handful of time and she now has a good sense of when she can feed the baby, pump or wait.The Miloo strips tell you how long you would need to wait to make your milk safe.
