I just got this today, and i have only worn it for 30 minutes and the pain is much much better and almost gone. My back pain has been at its worst on this recent episode/attack; i fell on my knees and couldn't stand for a good 1 hour, shouting in pain and almost fainted; and for more than a week now had been living in constant pain and decrease mobility. Ive been taking loads of pain meds to no avail; however, with this back support i feel much much better - i almost couldn't believe the pain is almost gone and i could bend, kick and jump...lol Honestly, i can cry in happiness right now as being pain free is so liberating... I wanted to share this experience for that person who is suffering with back pain right now and stumbles upon this product --- pls, pls try it; like you I've tried almost everything.... :)Im very very happy with this purchase....

The media could not be loaded.  I just received this back support brace with 5 support stays made from metal. 3 middle you can replace with plastic support stays which are included.Support belt seems very firm and you can tight once with the main belt, and then even more with two side aditional belts.Is still early days but I am already happy with this purchase, very good quality and good support for my poor always aching back

ordered this product after reading the reveiws and searching for a decent brace for pain relief and support of bulging disks, trapped sciatic nerve and dehyrated disks, as my old brace needs replacing. Arrived within 2 days packaged well, with instructions and spare plastic bars. washed and dried well, alittle unclear as to how you wear it-on the hips or above. On the hips, the 2 front bars dig into skin and you cant take them out. so i put it on above the hips. easy to tighten and loosen although if you fasten it too tight it can nip your skin. A double fastening, both velcro. 1st the fastening of wrap then theres 2 straps, one on each side to fasten for as much support that you need. comes with a padded cushion to velcro on the inner back of the brace to protect the arch in the back too which i found very comfortable and needed. breathable material and very discreet. i wear this under my clothes but can be easily worn on top of clothing and would still offer support. does relieve some of the pain.

After researching braces I decided to go with this purchase and I made the right choice. He wears it daily now and he is also able to carry out the exercises given to him by physio!Delivery was very quick. Arrived within 24h , and you can tell how it reduced the pain instantly - as he was able to stand and walk for much longer. Do not hesitate and buy it!

My dad fractured L1 and L2. Hospital provided a full back brace, but he could not get on with their contraption. I bought this as a stop gap until we could sort something better with the hospital. We tried their alternatives - not great, but the specialist agreed that this product was doing the job just fine. So just bought a second one for dad so we can wash and dry the original. Seems to be one of the best available and reasonably priced.

One day off...multiple jobs to be done..2 days ago my back went AWOL.The major job was receiving.. lifting...lugging into the house a new washing machine from AO.It's small..but still...I was in pain and wondering how I might manage.I found this support on amazon that night 🌙 and paid for today's delivery.It was delivered today as promised and as luck had it I was able to collect it just as the AO guys arrived.A short journey back from the collection point and I had it on!The feeling of support was instant. A firm but not too tight squeeze around my waist...I could bend over and not feel that stabbing pain from my trapped nerve.I find it comfortable....I wouldn't wear it this tight for a whole day...but having just completed the washing machine installation which I was dreading with the nerve digging in me I feel nothing but relief...in fact my back feels good 👍 better than b4...but maybe that's my pysche and the loss of my anxiety.Good job on delivery amazon.Good product so far whoever made this.Comes with stiffer ribs but so far ( 2 hours rem) it's fine the way it is.Now 2 morrow ill try it all day at work...that should test it out...fingers crossed for more success 🙌.

I'm 51 and suffer from a bad back ... This has helped me enormously to get back to doing all the jobs that involve bending alot and are otherwise extremely painful afterwards.Garden furniture and decking now look great!Ironing is a lot easier too.Thanks for the help!!Only negatives are:No instructions / usage tips included.It can easily slip down and wrinkle along the bottom edge, which then rubs. Extra padding on MkII perhaps!?

I bought this to replace an an older back brace. Which sweats me material, I ordered Large to fit fit 36.5” waist. it arrived a day early. So I placed it on over my vest it looks ok but I thought the Velcro side straps where poor material . On wearing the device thought the measurements where small. After10 minutes I found the device restricted my breathing as it pushed into my diaphragm the side strips I thought where not all that elasticated as shown in the video’s and I felt the belt seemed more like a medium fit and not a large. so I question the sizing of these belts . It looks a good construction but disappointed with Velcro and sizing of belt and will be returning.Sadly i don't think it lived up to its reviews i would rate 3 star.
