Moen YB2408BN Method Collection Double Post Pivoting Toilet Paper Holder, Brushed Nickel

This was pretty easy to install, but I ran into some issues. When the mount post is screwed in it opens up "wings" that grab the wall from behind. The problem I had was that on one of the posts the "wings" didn't open up, but twisted instead. I contacted Moen and they sent me out a whole new paper holder, but the same thing happened when I went to install the post from the replacment. In the end I used my own drywall anchor and it worked just fine. It's nice and sturdy mounted to the wall. There was no template, just directions on how far apart the two mounting holes should be. If you take your time and use a level it's not a problem.The paper holder itself looks great and functions well. It's super easy to use and my four year old can replace the toilet paper now without any problems. It might be more expensive than some basic paper holders, but it is well made and I don't think I'll have to worry about it breaking or coming off the wall at all.I give this product five stars because even with the issue installing it, Moen was on top of things with a replacement. It looks great and is easy to use and feels well made.

Finally, we have officially put an end to the Rocket Ship Toilet Paper Roller Game. The Moen toilet paper dispenser has ended our need to find the roller as it shoots past the targeted location. We have officially put an an end to chasing the roller around the room in the middle of the night.The dispenser is made of heavy duty metal. The product is modern, sleek, and absolutely beautiful. We were able to use the existing holes from a previous Moen product so installation was not too challenging. We love Moen products and this one is our latest favorite home improvement item. Moen produtcs are always great - look sleek, hold up, well made and easy to install/use. This is no exception and at only $14 it's a steal too. The only issue we have had is that now and then if you pull a bit too hard when changing the roll the whole piece snaps out of the base - I've managed to avoid it by being extra gentle but it's happened a few times. This could probably be fixed by using a bit of a stronger "snap" mechanism - you don't really ever need to remove it until you're taking it down for good (if ever) so a strong snap hold would be ideal.Other than that though, its a beautiful, solid piece and looks great with any chrome items. We had so many issue with the hanging bar ones or swing ones pulling out of the wood, moving around, and falling off - it drove me nuts. The connection is tight and sturdy. Intitially I thought the rolling wasn't going to be as smooth because the bar is not round - more flat with edges - but that isn't the case.Definitely can't beat $14 and the Moen name / warranty. Just be gentle when using (and make sure you have enough clearance if your counter comes past the cabinet - we have to kind of smush the roll on because it's so close.) Defnitely recommend over many others though!

We got this style, rather one that attaches to the wall only at one point, because I was a bit worried about accidentally pressing down on the end furthest from the attachment point and damaging it due to the leverage involved. We also did not want a fixture the swung out in order to add a new roll of bathroom tissue. Looking at reviews for this model raised the issue of it "rattling" due to pulling out on the roll and causing the end that "latches" to be hit the other part of the fixture and cause a noise. While pulling out on the cross bar can create a bang, that hasn't been how it works for us. Pulling down or out on the roll doesn't seem to exert much pressure on the fixture and there isn't any noise, other than the roll banging a bit against the fixture's cross piece, which isn't round. Bottom line is that we haven't have any disturbing problems with this. It seems sturdy and works fine for us. Of course, make sure you measure your bathroom tissue rolls to so you'll know if there is enough of a gap between the wall and this fixture's cross bar to hold whatever size rolls that you'll be using.

This is an excellent design for a toilet paper holder. It is sturdy and easy to install. Most importantly it makes loading new rolls of toilet paper so fast and easy! Never fumble with a spring-loaded toilet paper bar again! It is particularly easy for the elderly, where dexterity may be compromised. Highly recommend!

I bought 4 of these for my new house. Once installed they are very easy to use. They match the existing faucet style so they look like they came with the house. Mine did not come with very good instructions and a template for drilling the holes would have been helpful. Changing a roll of paper is a snap and you don't have to fool around with spring loaded rollers. I would definitely recommend this product. It comes in a variety of styles so look around if you don't see what you want right away.

substantial and gorgeous...I could be describing myself, but I’m not. This is all about Moen’s toilet paper dispenser. I’ve never gone wrong purchasing a Moen product so I felt confident ordering this product. I wasn’t disappointed. This is a heavy and durable metal, and it’s beautiful. Install was easy. And adding a roll of toilet paper is easy. It exceeded my expectations, which rarely happens. Thank you, Moen!

This gadget is totally wonderful. Makes changing the "roll" ever so much easier. Now, instead of the little spring thingy from the old-fashioned paper holder launching across the room and spilling the roll onto the floor, I just lift the one side of this thingy and slide the new roll on. Voila! Done! Only one problem - the brushed nickel is much darker in appearance than shown here. Otherwise, this is great. Installation was easy-peasy, too. I bought two paper holders, two 9-inch towel holders, and one 24 inch towel holder. All very nicely done.

The holder looks modern and has a nice finish. Installation can be tricky because the two ends need to be precisely positioned for the arm to properly engage. I suggest using a piece of tape (painter's tape for example) as follows: place the tape on the fully assembled and closed holder and poke holes through the tape where the screw holes are located on the mounting hardware; then transfer the tape to the wall. I suggest using a level to make fine adjustments to the orientation of the tape. Also keep in mind that toilet paper holders should be 26" off the floor and 8 - 12" in front of the toilet rim. Once positioned drill your holes through the tape.

Moen es garantía de calidad . Me encantó como funciona, se cambia el rollo de papel fácilmente ,sólo levantando el soporte y queda muy seguro .

Se ven bonitos y de buena calidad, lo que noe gustó es que solo traen para instalación parece ser que en yeso. Pero si les cambias eso son excelentes
