Do you wash the mop pads in the washing machine and can they be dried in the dryer?

I don’t because it leaves a little soap on them I soak the pads in white vinegar and hot water. My floors shine like glass. I have a Yorkie and my house is not heavy traffic. Now if you have kids that’s a different my house always looks immaculate, but that’s how I clean my pads.

May I know the dimensions of the box/packaging this is delivered in as I will be bringing it abroad?

What I can remember is definitely 4”x4” and I am almost sure it’s about 30” in length, because the handle comes in parts. It could be as tall as 36” but no more than that.

Can this be used on any surface?

Yes and I Love This Mop. All my friends and family have one now. Even my granddaughter uses it.

Having trouble attaching handle. Have removed pin but a black disc appears to be blocking insert of handle to mop. Any suggestions?

All you need to do is force the long chrome handle into the base. It's a friction fit.
