Quick to the point review.PROS : Easy setup. : Fully custom comfort. Good tilt, recline makes for great comfort. : Rolls so good on any surface. : LOOKS damn good.CONS: Seat is a tad stiff 1 week into usage, : Head pillow is fine, but i had to remove the foam and add filling to the lumbar pillow, as it was VERY stiff. : Cant really cross legs, this is ok as crossing legs in a chair is bad for posture, however, if you want the potion, this chair does not allow that with the shape of the seat. : Armrests although comfy, are only padded with a very stiff thin foam like top. Has a small amount of give, but could be better.CONCLUSION. Is it worth $300? Yes, it had build quality better than any other chair iv sat in, and has great vertagear warranty.

The chair arrived severely damaged - yet the package/box was fine. The plastic parts attached to the back of the chair were shattered. Also, as other reviewers have mentioned, the bolt holes do not line up properly and it is very frustrating that a chair with only 8 bolts to assemble can be so difficult. And one of the bolt holes just won't accept the bolt. I suspect someone had tried to assemble this chair and had forced a bolt - which then altered the grooves. So i'm wondering if I had actually received a returned product and not a new one like I had ordered. This chair is being returned. Be forewarned...should only take 5 minutes to assemble, but plan on at least an hour trying to get bolts to line up and thread properly.

Beat chair by far. Love it, wouldn't return it.

So easy to put together easier then the AK Racer chair totally what I wanted and expected perfect brand and chair.

This is a great looking chair. The customer service from 4GameGear was great, and proactive. They actually contacted me to say the wrong base may have been shipped with the chair, and they already had a replacement one in the mail to me before I even got the chair. I agree with other reviewers that the contoured leg positioning is not very forgiving and a bit restricting. Assembly was very easy .... until one last screw that just wouldn't set. It was just a hair off. The DeWalt drill fixed the issue.
