I got the red one, super good price tooπŸ‘ŒπŸ» ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice iron but what about the cord?! *by P***N on 8 October 2023* This is the up to date version of my previous iron. It's a bit lighter & I like the bigger water tank. I found that it glides well (so did the previous version so no improvement here despite all the claims of the new sole) & it irons very well on the lower of the 2 steam settings, I didn't find any need to move to the higher one on my pretty ordinary pile of ironing. BUT, Braun, why on earth have you decideded to economise on the cord??? It's ridiculously short, to get it into perspective, my board is 145cm long, so not the longest version you can get & to be able to iron at the 'pointy' end the iron rest end needs to be an absolute maximum of 3 feet away from the socket!!! I've never had an iron with such a short cord.
