Works better then 20 plus other products I tried.
I had almost given up gardening on my patio. Every morning I came outside to dead and dying plants the squirrels had dug up. The squirrels even attacked mint and periwinkle plants they were supposed to hate. I had tested so many products and nothing else worked. I started growing flowers indoors but decided to try one more product. I am so glad I did. For the first time in months I walked out to flowers still in their hanging baskets and no potting soil scattered over the patio. It has been almost a month but they have not touched any plant with Rodent Mace on it. Great product!

Keep your dogs away
I set this down in the yard and went to the other side of the house to water a plant. When I came back, my two Pugs had ripped the bag open and were devouring this stuff. It's like catnip to them. Even when I placed some against the fence, they tried to eat it. So I had to settle for throwing some on the other side of the fence. We'll see if it works. Apparently, I am battling a squirrel who digs under the fence to get into the yard and eat the succulents. The smell is fairly strong, not super pleasant, but placed outside it's not really noticeable. Just don't place it in your bedroom. What are squirrels doing in your bedroom anyway?

Terrible!!!
This was the worst smelling product I have ever purchased in my life. The worst part was I’ve had Covid and can’t smell anything and I had to find out after I spread it in the garage from my family that it stunk like garlic puke! Do not use this product you will regret it I have been trying to clean this up for days now and I still can’t get the smell out of my garage.

Repellent
Scent is strong. So far no rodents, but don't deter animals like cats, still get strays.

Great for trash bins
I live in a rural area and have to take my trash to the dump myself. Therefore I have trash bags sitting in bins for at least a month. I don’t put anything that would get rotten in there, but food wrappers and peanut shells or bird seed crumbs from my bird cage were enough to find holes chewed in the trash bags (the bins are slightly dented so they are not sealed tightly). I started sprinkling Rodent Mace in the bottom of the bin and a little in the trash bags themselves before I tie them up. This has worked - all the bags were undisturbed until trash day. I also sprinkle it around my well house but I’m not sure how much it helps. However it was not effective in keeping rodents out of my shed, and isn’t worth using inside because it will lose its scent and have to be constantly vacuumed out and replaced. (For this there is a spray made by the same company, which is good, but you will have to reapply it often.) I recommend using this for enclosed outdoor spaces which will not get wet.

Highly effective
We've used this to keep mice out of our camper van during the winter. The van is stored inside a barn where we know there are mice. In the past mice have invaded the van and done damage but nothing since we've been using this product. We sprinkle it around the perimeter of the vehicle and the protection lasts all winter. It does seem to keep them away and we know this because the spring traps that we use inside the van don't catch any mice. The price is good too.

Horrible smelling stuff
I bought Rodent Mace to sprinkle around my car's tires to keep mice away from my engine compartment. The label says "No Stink" and "Fresh Minty Smell". When i opened the bag and sprinkled it on the ground, i was overwhelmed by the horrible smell. It is so bad, it could cause a gag reflex in anyone. I had to keep my kitchen windows closed so the smell would not invade my house. I would advise against using this product indoors. I don't know what's in this but it's not mint and it sticks big time. It's hard to tell whether it's a good repellent but it smells so bad, it should be.
