Decent power for a commercial mixer. Great price and an inexpensive warranty.

Good customer service/ Bad customer service
I purchased this product a few months ago. A week ago it stopped working and I contacted customer service to ask about warranty on the product. After a few emails it was found to have a faulty power cord connection. They send me a replacement a few days later. I will be buying more of their products in the future. Update on the product. I don't think I will buy more of Vevor immersion blender in the future because of lack of parts availability. The shaft of blender broke and asked customer service to purchase a shaft to replace a broken one. Communicated with customer service for several days due to time difference between US and China. I gave all the information they requested on the item, and was told that they discontinue the product and no longer have parts to replace. Howerver they still sell them on Amazon. When I told them so, they said that they do not sell accessories even though it is not an accessory but a replacement part. I don't want to buy a new product to replace a broken shaft.

Does not last long. No warranty past Amazon 1 month return
The Vevor Immersion Blender was less 9 months and died. Normal use in a restaurant. The manual it came with did not have any warranty information or a number or email to get in touch with them for warranty replacement or repair. Usually with these types of products they give a 1 year warranty. Be aware with these less expensive immersion blenders. They do not last. Better off spending a little more and buy a Waring or Robot Coupe.

Ordered on jan Dead on april. Runs 3 months only. not good enough for heavy reastaurant work.

Stopped working in 8 months
Seemed great to start but the unit stopped working after just 8 months. The shaft has also been leaking brown water so it’s not sealed well
