Perfect solution for working from home. My signal has not dropped once since purchasing this mobile wi-fi router over a year ago. I even take it out and about with me for times when I can't get a good signal and need to book a taxi, as it works everywhere.

I purchased this device in Septemebr 2023, for our motorhome to get a better signal. We used it with difficuty for the first few months and then found it wouldn't hold charge and we couldn't get it to work properly. Finally having had enough I contacted EE who kindly tested for me. They advised me that the SIM card was ok but the device was faulty and that there was no data on it. There is no way we could have used all the data as we only used it in the motorhome and didn't use it when there was a good signal. They advised me to contact the seller via Amazon. I contacted this seller on 13/6/24, and as of today 22/7/24 they have not resolved the issue. After numerous emails and returning the device as they requested, they have continuously used delaying tactics in the hope I will just give up and go away. For over a month thay have been informing me that they are still testing it and looking for a supplier who supply just the device. I don't understand why they can't take the SIM card out of another device and send the device to me, seeing as they asked me to keep the origina SIM. They have offered me a partial refund of £30, which I have refused on the grounds that I want a replacement or a full refund. This is the down side of internet buying, there is no face to face returning or complaining, so they can just keep asnswering your emails and waste your time. I have now reported them to Amazon.

Don't bother with EE find another supplier I bought 2 of these with 120GB data for 12 months, so that I didnt have to top up. After 6months they no longer worked, on calling EE(2hr+ phone call) I was told as Id not used calls and text ,the sim number had been reallocated elsewhere ! They didnt check the data usage - doh !.I then had to buy 2 new sims and they assured me the data added would last 6 months. Surprise, surprise it lasted a month and after another 3 hrs on the phone, they told me Id have to pay to put data back on. What a frigging nightmare, its hard enough getting them working without the data being removed unbeknown to me
