I Love this. Noiseless.. NO SOUND!!! Easy to use. However, Batteries MUST be rechargeable. It states that alkaline batteries work, but they didn't for me. Brand new alkaline batteries did not work at all. So I got rechargeable. However the best part is not needing batteries, unless the power goes out, so you can charge it up. When I was ordering this it also shows a video, Do watch it.

I bought this some time ago, and a tubby plastic latch broke after a few uses. The company promised to replace it and never did. It's been well over a year.The nebulizer worked great, but that little plastic latch is a big weak spot. Unusable garbage now.

Pros: I recently had walking pneumonia and had to use my nebulizer many times a day. I loves using this at work and on the go. This product works very well when using the USB port, it's quiet, easy to use and compact.Cons: Nebulizer doesn't work the best with batteries, they drain quickly, and in the cold weather. Condensation accumulates in the mouth piece and drips.Even with the cons, I would recommend this nebulizer for those on the go.

This is such a great product! I really like that it is compact, extremely quiet, and easy to use. However, I washed it once according to directions, and it hasn’t worked since. I’m sad, but I am going to buy another one. The good part is that it has a 1 year warranty.

Great quality, whisper quiet and you can take it anywhere! It leaked a couple drops at the end of each treatment the first couple times I used it but didn't bother me at all. I loved mine so much that I purchased a second for my niece who is a severe asthmatic and she loves hers too!

I have been using these for my kids for their cough and congestion and it works great, however they break easily and only last a a handful of times. The customer service is great and i did get a replacement but that already broke as well

This tiny nebulizer is first of all well designed and constructed. It is a sturdy little item. But one needs to read and follow user instructions because like any high tech item, you can easily mess it up. The instructions are well written and come in multiple forms so you can't go wrong if you pay attention. Though the online advertising doesn't make a big deal about it, I like the fact that I can use this thing with external power (no batteries). The included power cord plugs into any USB type power socket and it is almost 5 ft long making it very useful. Of course, if you have to use it away from power, 2 AA batteries will make it deliver the nebulizer product. The head comes off for easy cleaning. I have used other nebulizers that have loud pumps that make treatments irritating. This thing is so awesome quiet that the only way I could tell that it was running was because the fog of particles pouring out. And particle size from this unit is so small that they get all the way into the lungs where they are needed. This unit comes with a cute little draw-string storage bag. My only complaint is that the bag is too small for the unit and the face masks (adult & child) and the mouth piece and eye piece. Oh well, that isn't critical because I keep the unit in a drawer anyway. All in all I am happy to give this unit 5 stars–well deserved.

Update: (6/11/22)They sent a more updated one it worked for a few months but now it is completely dead. It won’t work with the cable & it won’t even work with the batteries. Definitely not a good buy for the money. I loved the upgrade because now the input is on the back but what’s the point if it’ll die on you after a few months use. Me kids have asthma and need a nebulizer very often. This is not it! Now I’m sick with all this supply of liquid but no working machine. This is not a reliable item. Do not buy.This thing worked perfectly for the first few days of use. And just this morning (9/04/2021) it burnt up as my 18yr old son was almost done doing a treatment. My whole place smells like burnt plastic. I bought this because of the great reviews but I understand this one must’ve malfunction. I’m going to reach out to seller and hope I get a replacement. (My son was ok just very shocked)
