Nice headrest for the Leap V2
Great quality, takes a little effort to mount it to a Steelcase Leap V2 like others have said. I went the same route, 2 x 3"x1/4" bolts (hex head), 4x 1/4" fender washers, 4x 1/4" lock washers, 4 x 1/4" regular washers and two wing nuts. What I was missing from the other posts was how to attach it to the back rest. If you stand behind your leap, one foot on the base, you can grab the back pad just above the lumbar selector, lift it towards the ceiling and it'll slide right off the back seat shell fairly easily giving you access to put your bolts through from front of chair toward the back. I used a 7/16" drill bit and threaded the bolts through to keep it all nice and tight. Good luck

PERFECT for an Eames Chair
This works PERFECTLY for our mock eames chair! My husband is 6'4" and he was unable to be comfortable in the chair until he found this headrest and installed it on the eames chair and because it is adjustable, it's perfect for him to lay his head back, relax and watch TV!

Drill or not drill the chair
A headrest should lie forward from the back end of thevchair, protuding 3-4inches from the chair so it grabs your neck when you sit upright not just when you lean back into the chair. If you have a lorell chair then the head rest is attached directly to the back of the chair and protrudes correctly. If you don't have a lorell then drill holes to the back of the chair so it protrudes out. If you are like me and you don't want to drill your chair, you buy the clamp that others suggest. But the clamp sends the headrest back 3 inches so you got no protruding headrest. Only contact you have is when you lean back.I bought a car headrest pillow from Amazon and attached it to the headrest and that made a huge difference. The product is good and stable except what I mentioned but there is a walk around.

Comfortable and Solid, with one minor flaw
This is quite comfortable and was easy to attach to the back of my new Serta Big Boy chair. The attachment was solid, just make sure you choose an appropriate screw length and you should be able to attach this to most all executive chairs with a full back. The entire piece is plastic, from the mounting point to the stem, which is quite solid, however the clip that "locks the height" fails miserably to function in any capacity. For me, it simply rests on top of the chair, which is a perfect height. For you tall drinks of water, expecting it to stay UP at the highest detent, forget it, it will simply slide down as the clip "locking" the height simply doesn't "lock" at all. For me, perfect, exactly what I needed. For those of you requiring it to stay at maximum height might be able to Jerry-Rig it given its plasticized nature. Enjoy!

Excellent Quality and good value...with a fatal flaw.
I was impressed with the quality and value of this Taiwan produced headrest. Installation was easy with the supplied mounting screws that had been pretreated with Blue Locktite. I mounted it to my matching Lorell LLR 86205 High Back Executive Chair without any problem. The headrest has plenty of adjustment vertically and has the ability to rotate for best support of the neck and head. However, it has a fatal flaw that limits its usability. It cannot adjust horizontally. In every possible combination of height or rotation, the headrest remained 2" too far to the rear to provide support for my head or neck. I am 6'4" 260 lbs. It seriously needs a means of adjustment further forward...that its design lacks. Were it to have forward adjustment...it would be a five-star product.

I like it, can be used on other chairs with a little work.
This headrest is fantastic. I purchased it to use on another brand chair and it works great. My existing chair had a metal bar a good 5 inches under the top of the chair and so I drilled holes and bolted this headrest to the metal bar. The adjust-ability on this headrest is fantastic. My existing chair top was just short of a good headrest so I needed something just a few inches higher. I can now fall asleep in my chair without waking up uncomfortable. Very satisfied with this headrest - even though my chair was not a Lorell.

Does not include required hardware
It doesn't include any nuts to fasten down the bolts. They can't possibly expect metal threads (bolts) to plastic backing to hold securely. You need to purchase nuts to install this correctly

Great option for Alera Elusion
I saw another reviewer mention this headrest in their review of the Alera Elusion. This does indeed fit that chair perfectly, and I am happy with this purchase. Install was very easy and straightforward, instructions weren't even needed. Just pop out the rubber caps covering the pre-existing headrest holes in the Elusion, then attach headrest. I lean forward when I sit a lot so I'm not using the headrest full time but it was a nice luxurious upgrade to this chair that I can definitely appreciate when I lean back for a rest.
