If you have a tire stand, you can simply lean over the tire and push the tire down on the rim while you spoon the tire off the other side, otherwise the Bead Buddy certainly helps and only one is really needed. **Q: Will it work on 21" wheels** A: I have a Triumph Tiger 800 with a 21 inch front wheel. Specifically they are 90/90-21. I just changed the tires front and rear on this bike and could not use the tool on the rear (150/70-17) and it woudl not work.
