XLX 3.3V 5.5V FT232RL FTDI Usb to TTL Serial Adapter Module for Arduino Mini Port

This is a fantastic product. I used it to connect a PIC18F887 microcontroller to a c# app I was making. It shows up as a "USB to Serial" port in windows 10. Everything gets configured automatically. Windows treats it as a serial port. It takes a mini-usb type B connector cable.
