I'm using in conjuction with kayas testosterone booster and wow. I've literally lost 12lbs ! I'm more lean, have the boost I need to make it through my workouts . I got this to when I'm fasting and it does suppress my appetite. Drink plenty of water as you can get dehydrated quickly ! Water is your friend with any thermogenic burner and great for over all health. Can't believe how tighter my body looks since I've stared this 3 weeks ago. Finally ! No upset tummy here and I'm the king of stomach problems . Still a good product ,if your on the fence about it. Drink water!!! Update: 6/28/2026. I used these up until about a month ago. I met my target weight last year ,then started lifting heavier so obviously my weight changed as muscle is heavier than fat. Honestly a great product for how cheap it was. Seems to work for some people,didnt work for my wife but gave me that awesome surge in the morning to start my workout. I feel they changed it up a bit as when I cycled off for about a month and came back. I noticed energy boost but not the appetite suppression. Luckily,dieting ,fasting and switching to better foods helped me with all that. Could be a placebo now! Good luck with the weight goals everyone !

First three days had more energy. After 60 days ended up with a bladder infection ,blood in the urine. Was told to discontinue the doctor said this was the probable source of the infection. In fact on the label it says discontinue after 60 days reckon they know something.

i’m only on my first week right now. starting with the bad first! it def surprises your hunger but the first few days i was sooo nauseous. it’s gotten better but after i eat that’s still an issue. this is the first supplement i've taken for weight loss so i didn’t really know what to expect. the first few days i was legit stuck on the toilet (tmi, sorry). on a good note, i feel more energetic but get winded quicker. i sleep fine at night and the pill is easy to take
