I purchased this case for my iPhone XR when the one I'd purchased only a few months ago was looking worse for the wear. I'd actually chosen it because I'd already owned a case made by the same company that lasted for two years before I thought it should be replaced. Needless to say, when my current case looked like it was two years old after only a few months, I knew that I needed to get another one manufactured by a different company. I did try, first of all, to contact the manufacturer of the case I owned to notify customer service of my dissatisfaction. Unfortunately, all I could find in my searches were links back to the Amazon website which, of course, showed photos of the same case if I wanted to buy a new one. Plus, my Amazon return period had expired, so I figured all I could do was to buy a different brand. (I had posted a review about how I liked the case and the fact that I expected it to last at least as long as my earlier case that I kept for two years. So, before ordering a replacement case, I went back to my review and edited it to reflect how dissatisfied I was because I didn't want someone else taking my original recommendation and buying a case based on it.) Anyway, that's when I ordered this case, and so far it seems to be holding up. The only feature I was disappointed in was that the phone can't be removed from the folio. My earlier case had and it was a feature I'd liked because it made it easier to scan a bar code on my phone out of the folio. I was also disappointed that there isn't one see-through pocket into which I could put my driver's license. In this case, there are still pockets for credit cards, just not one clear pocket. I generally don't keep credit cards with my phone regardless. All I carry are a few business cards and an expired driver's license that still has my current address on it. I always keep my expired license after renewing it in case I ever lose my current license. It may be expired, but it's still useful for that limited purpose. Time will tell if this case lasts as long as I hope, a minimum of a year and a half or until I upgrade to an iPhone 12 and have to buy a new case for it anyway. This case was the exact color (burgundy) as shown on Amazon, and the leather it's made of seems like quality leather. So, until and if I change my mind about this case, I do recommend it. So far, so good, as they say. That's why I'm rating the durability of this case as only good, not five-star excellent.

I absolutely love this wallet case for my iPhone XR. I previously had a wallet case with rfid that didn’t have the front cover. It just had the backside where I could put my license and credit cards. On occasion I would drop my phone, and even though I have a protective screen over it, scratches and cracks would occur around the edges. I researched many types of wallet cases, looking for the capabilities of rfid, credit card slots, and the fit for my phone. This wallet case covered all that I was looking for. I love the color, texture of the case is like a soft leather, magnetic closing holds well and my phone fits in the case. I just have three cards in the slots and keep a few dollars in the extra opening opposite the phone. It fits great in my back pocket, and also in my car phone holder. I have a wireless charger for it and charges right through the case. I am very pleased with this case, and eliminates the need for me to carry my pocketbook all the time!
