Why is it that I ordered the cake pan w/ the diamond textured interior surface and I received a flat smooth brown cake pan with no textured interior?

Are these 8" round pans? the item dimensions are listed as lxwxh 12.4 x 11.2 x 2.5 inches, which would seem to indicate rectangular pans.

Will this work for a 8 qt instant pot?

New to the field and thus my question, are these items oaky, save to use in a convection/mircooven?
