Q: Will Tombow dual brush pens fit in this?

Yes tombows do fit. It is a little stiff to roll up but they fit perfectly.

No, the loops are made for pencils.

Q: How tall is the area for pencils standing up, 8", 9", cant find hoa long a pencil it will take?

Most standard length pencils will fit. I measured new sketching pencils at 7-9/16th inches and they fit perfectly. You can put an 8 inch pencil without issue, but a 9 inch will need to stay above the plastic and may even protrude at full length. I have three of these roll-ups; one for each of watercolor, sketch, and colored pencils. I would suggest putting the pencil tips under the clear, plastic protector and keep the backends above.

Q: can it be used for sharpie art pens?

I’m pretty sure they’ll fit...it held my fiber castell markers and prisma markers so it should
