To my surprise, this stuff really helps with my sense of motivation, but doesn't make me jittery or over-energized like my ADHD meds do. I am so pleased! The motivation piece is a big problem for me - everything looks equally important, and so everything at once is overwhelming. This just helps me cut the static and start with something. Very helpful!!! I don't like using stimulants to force my brain into motivation.

Takes a while but noticeable difference

I took it for a month,seemed to help my mood some.

I can’t feel the difference

Bought this for my daughter due to her ADHD. Dopamine on the surface appeared to provide her needs to be able to focus. However, it did not work that way for her. After examining the ingredients on the label the major ingredients 500 mg of Philodendron and 500 mcg of B12. I daughter reacted to this supplement very badly and after we researched the ingredients we found out why. Per the ingredient label on the bottle is it 20833% daily value. I researched this quantity on the web and found that a normal daily B12 intake is about 4 mcg per day. My daughter reacted very badly this supplement. After the second day she decided not to take any more and eventually her body weaned itself off of this. I don't know why the creators thought this was OK, it certainly did not work for my daughter. I would like to return this and would appreciate a return comment on how AMZN feels about this.
