Work really well for what I intended it for. Fairly sturdy. Haven't tried backing with it yet but im sure it will do just fine.

I replaced my rusty, decades old pans with these shiny stainless 9" pans last week and they are just what I needed to up my kitchen game. They are sturdy, heavy gauge and sleek. The included snap on lids fit snugly and work great for saving the leftovers. I really didn't think I wanted these lids but they don't take up any extra storage space and they are a perfect fit. No change in cooking time compared to my old carbon steel pans. I would definitely buy these again.
