Accurate description, appears to be OEM, easy to install and it fixed my pump issues.

The photo shows pretty much all stainless steel components. I received a plastic bag which has "Sta-Rite (Dyna-Glas, Dyn...AN MADE Replacement Seal New" on it however the box inside has PS-201 Pump Seal - which seems to correspond with a Hayward product. At any rate, it is clearly not what is depicted in the photo as the photo as the photo shows stainless encasement with rubber seal inside, a gasket and a rubber/ceramic ring. I received a piece of rubber with flat metal plate on one end with everything else being rubber and plastic. The gasket is not present.In fact this exact seal is included in the Tork Sta-Rite Dyna-Glas, Dyna-Max & J Series Pool Pump Replacement O-Ring Kit 8-002 B00OYG1K2S which includes this seal as well as ALL of the other seals, gaskets and o-rings for the system.
