This product worked well. It curled my hair easily and I really liked using it. However, due to MY error, my hair got caught in it.I was half asleep and accidentally went too close to the scalp, which caused it to tightly wrap inside the barrel and I was unable to get it out. After about 5 seconds of panic and what felt like an eternity of not being able to remove my hair, I unplugged the curler and ran to my poor sleeping husband for help. It took him several minutes before he could get it off of my hair. We were thinking we would need to cut it, or if we were able to remove the hair - it would be burned.It wasn't burned at all! I had unplugged it quickly and, surprisingly, it cooled down very fast. I am so thankful that my hair isn't ruined... however, I wish that there were some sort of safety feature to prevent hair getting stuck to begin with.I find myself not wanting to use it now because I am afraid I will mess up again. However, if you actually know what you're doing with this type of item, you probably won't have any issues with it. It did its job well.

My wife has very long hair and has always had issues with using curling wands/irons. This was the first one that she was actually able to use unassisted and actually enjoyed curling her hair. It heats up fairly quickly (within a minute or so) and all you need to do is put a section of your hair into the curler. The machine then automatically curls your hair. You can control the heat so if your hair is thicker it becomes more effective. You can adjust for left or right curling depending on what style you are trying to achieve. The curler has sensors that can detect when it is pulling your hair... my wife says this is has been a life saver a few times for her already! Another cool feature is that this is a multi-voltage product so you can use this in other countries that use 220 voltage with just a simple adapter (no converter needed). This product truly makes curling your hair a much easier process and is very reasonably priced.

This curling wand is package very nicely in a pale pink box that matches the color of this tool. The packaging makes gifting it very easy to do.This was the first time using a product like this wand and it took me a bit to get the coordination down, once I did, it was pretty easy to use. I would caution users to follow the directions. Use the small amount of hair that is advised, they include a cardboard "tool" to help you establish the correct amount to curl at a time.Also, be very mindful to not try to release your hair while the wand is still curling it. Oops, what can I say? I drifted for a moment and did exactly that. It wasn't a major offense, but it caused that piece of hair to frizz instead of curl.The curls are more of a lovely wave. As I have long hair it took a bit of time to complete my entire head, but my husband said that it was worth the time/effort.

The first auto hair curlers I've tried were all cordless. I've tried 5 different versions and none have worked as well as this tulip. It works really well. Not having to mess with a charger or worry about the battery running out half way through my hair is great. Sure-there's a cord. There's almost always a cord with my hair tools.This makes amazing curls in a very quick manner. I recommend it over all the rechargeable kind.

I really have been trying to work with this but every time the hair gets stuck and it scorches the hair I’m not caring for this curler at all
