Rubio Monocoat Surface Care Spray (100ML Soap w/.75L Application Bottle)

Just finished installing butcher block counters and needed something to properly maintain them. This Rubio Monocoat spray kit was exactly what I was looking for! The application is straightforward and the finish looks great, really brings out the natural wood grain while providing good protection. I love that it's a complete kit with everything you need rather than having to buy separate products. Quality product that gives me confidence my counters will stay looking beautiful. Definitely recommend for anyone with butcher block or wood surfaces that need proper care.

Works great!

We added a small drink station in our kitchen to replace some damaged cabinets from a burst pipe. It's a temporary situation for insurance reasons (as we are planning on a full on remodel). I used Rubio Monocoat on the butcher block counter and it turned out great. Based on the recommendation of Rubio to use this to clean the counters I have only used this to clean that counter. So I don't have a lot to compare, but it does work well and leaves the counter looking amazing when I'm done cleaning it (which we wipe it down with this about weekly). I don't have a good image to really show, but figured you could see the counter in place.

The reason I'm giving this three stars is because of the smell and the scent that this leaves in your house after using the soap spray. It smells toxic and it gives me a little bit of a headache. The scent even stays on your hands. Next time I use it I'm going to make sure and open all the windows and wear gloves when I apply the spray. Otherwise it cleans the surface nicely.
