it is old model 2019 yr. so dont go for this.
Stay away from this Old 2019 manufactured model. These are defective products due to Old material as well as these are available only in E-Commerce Company's Warehouses. & they don't take care for them.My 2 Friends also ordered & all we 2 got damaged rusty dent piece. Somehow we returned it by god..please stay away from this

Worst product
I purchased this product in Feb 2023 in span of 17months water tank leaks twice and replaced in warrenty again same water leakage. Don’t buy this product it’s not safety . This one we are using very rarely only .. We are using another geyser (V-Guard) which is working fine more than 7yrs without any fault so far ..

Worst product with worst customer service
Worst product of orient . In 3 years three times tank has been repaired. When we complaint about the product no action taken before the month or so . Worst customer service. If technician visit us take the visiting fee but don't repair it . We email , call and even try to contact marketing ahead but they just satify us on call or email but no action or repair done.3rd class product . 3rd class customer support . 3rd class overall experience of this product . Worst experience with orient .
