bon produit
C'est bien mais je trouve que l'aspirateur passe souvent à la même place et pas du tout à d'autre place.

Constantly Gets Stuck
This vacuum… It’s like the annoying 3rd child I thought I wanted and instantly regretted. I’m confused why this has so many 5 star reviews. The vacuum is constantly getting stuck. I have it set to auto run while I’m at work and I get a notification within 3-8 mins every day that it’s stuck. When I get home I have to hunt it down. You have to pick up every single item off your floor which doesn't save me any cleaning time. The pictures show it going around toys, ball, etc but it doesn’t do that. If it’s small enough it’ll run items over and usually get the item sucked up or stuck in its brushes. If the item is too big to run over it’ll just keep pushing it around. The sensor should recognize there’s something there and turn. It even wrapped an ENTIRE roll of toilet paper around its brush before beeping to alert it was stuck. Every day I block off under my media stand but it pushes past the barricade and gets stuck anyways! So while it’s running I have to save it (pull it out of where it’s stuck, pull something out of it) at least 5 times an hour. It’s also pretty loud. Can’t run it while anyone is napping/sleeping. I guess you get what you pay for. I’ll probably return it for a better more expensive vacuum that’s not a moron.

Often return to dock. Misses areas. Very poor App. Maybe suitable for small areas.
A robo vac needs to be automatic with very little monitoring. This is not. I tried to use this in 3 large rooms, it simply can't finish the cleaning. It often has difficulty finding the base as the battery gets low.The algorithm for cleaning seems to favor going to the outside walls. I was probably asking too much of this product. I was trying to use it for 3 large rooms. It just simply can't handle that square footage before running out of battery (and it's a brand new battery).----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Subsequent to submitting this review the merchant has contacted me 4 times. They are offering to pay me to remove my review (in broken English). I am tired of merchants selling mediocre to poor products and begging people (and paying them) to remove the reviews. So yes, you cannot trust this merchant. They areThe claim is up to 100 minute - with the key words being 'up to'. I'm getting about 1/2 that and it quickly discharges to about 14% and then goes aimlessly searching for the base. The APP is rated 2.5 stars in the playstore - I give it about 1. I have several smart devices and it's uneccesarily confusing and complicated. To use it with Alexa, I needed to search for the App in Smart Life which disconnects it from being displayed in the native app. You can still access it in the native app but only through Smart Life. The vacuum actually cleans well, it just didn't clean everywhere. It doesn't do it automatically.I have an older first generation iRobot that I use in our bedroom.

Pretty cool but not a grand mopper
Love that it detects drops. Mine handily cleans over a slight drop (half a step) without tumbling over. Solid little cleaner. But like others, this is a 1st generation mopper and it's fine but not amazing. It will do very lightly dirtied floors but if it hits a fresh or larger stain it will smear it more than not and you'll have to manually mop anyway. But that does not affect my rating because a) the floor mop tech is in its infancy. b) the price here is really good and c) it does a great job on my kitchen floor. Really picks up dog hair and other tiny things that i can't even see. I'm always amazed when i open the container and find it full. Very impressive.
