The leash is a coated wire, so very durable

When I have to keep my teething puppy in place for a moment and we're not near her crate or in a gated room, this indestructible leash works great. I slip the loop end under a heavy chair leg. She chews this leash, of course, but can't chew through it like she does with her regular leash. I give her chew toys, of course, but she can still get busy gnawing on the leash. She gnaws the plastic coating and and can get some of that off, so I'm careful to watch and take away any little pieces that she chews off.

Our teething puppy are through this leash in less than 10 minutes.Our older trained dog loves the leash! We wAlked her first.Then the puppy attacked with a fierceness! He has razor sharp baby teeth and had chewed through everything, including this leash!

After our dog chewed on his leash(he was mad at daddy for leaving him out of a conversation with our neighbor) my husband continue to use leash and dog broke it all the way and ended up in my lap.(luckily he didn’t run out in street) I knew we would continue to go thru leashes and found this. So far it has kept him secure & safe. The only thing is, I would like another foot, but not necessary..

This leash is chew proof (she chewed through the last leash) and I can attach it to a clip because it's thin enough. It's perfect for what I needed.

My Husky/Bernese Mountain Dog puppy chewed through several nylon harnesses and leashes, once while sitting at my feet while I was talking to a neighbor. This leash, along with a pinch collar, has worked great during her training period. She quickly realized she couldn't chew through it.

This is a quality product and if you dog chews his/her leash it will solve that issue. But the handle is a big stiff loop coated in rubber and is not at all comfortable to either hold or wear around your wrist. I knew it was 5' when I bought it, but that's longer than it should be--with its weight it drags on the ground and very often gets caught under the dog's legs. This would happen far less with a 3.5 or 4 foot length.

Product works great… our dog cannot chew trough it.

Es un buen producto pero el asa corta la circulacion de sangre de la mano y es molesto despues de un tiempo, necesitas ponerle algo acolchonado al asa para que sea mas confortable pasear a tu perro y mas si es raza grande que este la mayor parte del tiempo jalando.
