Good product, but mine broke :c
If you're looking for an inexpensive automatic vacuum cleaner, this is the one. I have 2 cats and a mostly carpet floor. TL;DR Owned it for 10 months before it broke and had to be sent for repair.I was skeptical at first that it would grab all the cat hair and stuff from the carpet, but it was amazing. The robot itself can be turned on manually or through the app. It connects to your Wi-Fi and it makes it easy to set scheduled cleaning and give alerts regarding the robot (if it gets stuck or something). It can also be turned on from outside of the house (through the app while at work or shopping or something). It transitioned easily between my carpet and hard floor areas. You can even set it to automatically adjust suction to a higher setting depending on what floor type its on. The dust bin onboard is large enough that it doesn't need to be emptied as often as you'd think. Especially if you run it regularly. The robot also goes fairly long without requiring maintenance. Maintenance is easily tracked too through the app because it will tell you what needs replacing and roughly how many hours it has left on certain components.I owned mine for about 10 months without issue until mine started randomly turning off in the middle of a cleaning cycle. Up to this point, I was only running it randomly (about once every week or two). Basically whenever I remembered to. Since my wife works from home, I could really only run it when she wasn't working. I work out of the house, so I had to keep that in mind. Anyway, about month 9 or so of owning it, my work schedule and her's finally aligned in such a way that we could schedule the robot to clean automatically 3 times a week. It only had this schedule for a little while before it broke. It would boot back on for a short while and turn off again. According to the app, I had a short circuit in the main brush. Now here come the important details regarding their customer service. They were quick and responsive to my emails and told me to send it back. However, their automated system seems to conclude a help ticket in a couple days or so which leads to multiple email chains regarding the same issue. They DO NOT provide a label. I had to pay for shipping it back by myself. Also, their warranty is ONLY 1 YEAR. I am thankful that mine malfunctioned when it did because I was getting close to the end of warranty period. I'm not sure if many other reviews mention this malfunction, but I was disappointed. I'm currently awaiting my robot to be repaired and shipped back to me. If anything is unsatisfactory, I'll update my review. Otherwise, assume everything went off without a hitch.

I Realize this is Entry Robovac, but it's kinda dumb
I've only had it for a couple of days and so far I like it okay. I find the suction is fine and it's very quiet. I looked on my app this morning and saw that it had vacuumed and I didn't hear a thing and I live in a small place. The one con that is annoying is, it has a hard time finding it's way back to the dock. It seems to take the most circuitous route, even though the dock is right it front of it. And maybe because I am watching it, it annoys the heck out of me. It takes forever to figure out the way back. Also, the feature I thought it had, but doesn't have is that it remembers where it has vacuumed. So I may return this one and get a more advanced one. Of course, Prime Day is over. But otherwise, just the few days I have it, the vac itself seems to be well made and vacuums well. I was looking at the iRobot brand (way more expensive) and Eufy (comparable), but I will probably stick with the Roborock brand and maybe get a more advanced model.

Works ok but will get stuck on everything. There is no camera on it, they lied.
As far as the vacuum function, it works ok. About on par with others I have had. Battery life is ok. Pathfinding is terrible. They claim it has a camera to detect obstacles, it does not. I have very little in my house to get stuck on yet it manages to get stuck under the couch every time it runs. As a fix, I secured some black fabric along the bottom of the couch completely visually blocking off the bottom so that the "camera" this claims to have can detect and avoid it. Well turns out either there is no camera or it does not do anything because it drives straight through it and gets stuck every time it runs. The pathfindering is also poor. It commonly just sits and cleans in one area until it runs out of battery. The app is pure spyware. You have to download it to set up the vacuum and as you do, pay attention to the permissions it is asking for as it will literally ask for everything. Even to make phone calls. Deny as many as you can then uninstall right after.Overall there are much better options out there and I would not waste the money on this stupid thing.

Set up is VERY difficult and time consuming
OK, I allowed it charge up completely and pushed the start button and it did a great job. HOWEVER, the setup process is not well explained in the "manual" and it isn't intuitive on line or on the phone app whatsoever!I am not an IT guy and I haven't had problems to this degree in setting up anything like this vac. I think I have the cleaning schedule set correctly so I am hoping the hour+ time I spent setting it up was done correctly.12/09/21 UPDATE: After living with "Robo" for a couple of weeks I can honestly say "he" (or is it "they" for non-gendered) is well worth the price. Robo starts his rounds at 9:AM every day runs for 90+ minutes and returns to his charging base without fail. If he hasn't completed the entire 1st floor (< 2000 SF) he returns to finish up where he left off after a couple of hours of charging. The vacuum suction power is impressive and I find it best to clean the dust & debris ben out every 2 or 3 days.

Roborock E5 - Great entry robot vacuum
For reference we have in our home: medium pile carpet, dark hardwood floors, 3 long haired cats. The Roborock E5 has been a great vacuum for daily use. I mostly keep it around the kitchen and laundry room as that is where most of our cat litter tracks onto the hardwood floors. The Roborock E5 does a great job of picking up stray cat little and floating tufts of cat hair. The navigation is good for not having Lidar, but it navigates better than expected. I’ve yet to have it get stuck, so we’ll as time goes on. The carpet cleaning is good for medium pile carpet. I would expect it to be great on low pile and struggle on high pile. The Vacuum comes with a simple remote control that works well, to note the remote has to be pointed at the vacuum or it will not work. The vacuum can also be controlled from the “Mi Home” app, control also works well within the app.If you’re looking for a great entry robot vacuum, the Roborock E5 is a solid choice.
