Campbell’s Chunky Old Fashioned Vegetable Beef is one of my favorite quick meals when I want something warm and filling without cooking. It’s thick, hearty, and loaded with tender beef pieces, potatoes, carrots, and vegetables in a rich broth—exactly the kind of soup that feels like comfort food. It’s super convenient: heat it up on the stove or in the microwave and you’ve got a meal in minutes. I usually pair it with crackers or a piece of bread, and it’s honestly satisfying enough on its own when you’re busy. Flavor-wise, it’s that classic “homestyle” taste—savory and not bland. If you like chunky soups with real texture (not watery), this one delivers. I keep a few cans in the pantry at all times. Great for cold days, quick lunches, or those nights when you just don’t feel like cooking.

You can’t go wrong with Campbell’s soup. This chunky soup is just that - chunky. Having a bowl of hot soup during the cold weather brings my comfort from the inside out. It tastes like homemade, full of veggies and flavor. Nice and thick.

It's Campbell's, need I say more? I have been eating their soups for over 70 years. Very few store brands even come close to them in terms of taste, richness, value, and so on. Highly recommend. On a side note. When we were kids, we ate vegetable beef a lot. One significant change is that instead of using a small piece of beef fat for flavor, it is no longer present, as the meat is now cut into cubes. No way to torture my brothers anymore - just kidding. Tastes great!

I've always been a fan of vegetable beef and I used to buy the condensed version from Campbell's and I always thought they tasted awesome and were one of my favorites but for some reason with these they have a sour flavor somewhat so I don't know if it's just me or if there's something wrong with these or if that's just their specific flavor but I think I strongly prefer the old condensed version of Campbell's vegetable beef much better actually which is strange because normally the condensed versions of canned soups aren't as good and they're a lot more watery and less filling but from my memory the condensed version tastes a lot better and maybe it's because this specific flavor has certain spices that I'm not a huge fan of but whatever it is these aren't as good as what I remember from other vegetables beefs and especially the condensed version from campbells which I strongly prefer.

This soup is so tasty!! I was eating a bowl and my 7 month old African Grey wanted a taste and he thought it was good😂 Great price!
