Q: Will this work with streaming services (Netflix)?

Ma'am, Hated this piece of junk. Long story brought old used one home to Colorado from Oregon, after journey did not work. Daughter bought me one of these new, installed, worked great for 2 months, then failed. I bought another, added protection package, never ever got that one to work at all. Think they junk. Having better luck or performance with a SEREONIC. Basically same thing. SEREONIC in manual said sometimes they not work on such areas as Netflix, they offer a translater on their website for sale as well. So I not a great help. Daughter here set it up, worked fine........then poof. Maybe I hit wrong button, something, but total failure. AND COBY issues attempted to call number listed for CUSTOMER SERVICE......no ANSWER. Q: Does coby speaker cstv130 utilize "directional sound" technology? sound clarification? what are dimensions in inches?

Well with the knob and handle it is 9x7 1/2 x 2 inches. I can't answer the tactical questions but the sound is great and works throughout the house, I can hear the news in the kitchen for the TV in the bedroom.

Q: my charge light does not go out when fully charged like the manual says it would is just an error in the manual?

Mine would stay on until I used it till the battery died and after that the charge light does go off now when it’s fully charged.

I have mine connect by Bluetooth. When I use my coby, the other sound outputs are disabled. My smart tv only allows 1 output for sound. Does you tv work with two different sound outputs or do you have to select one? If you have to select one, is the coby selected as sound out put?
