This is the second series that Derek Landy has written and it’s amazing. I will say now this is for a more mature audience and there are adult themes in the series so be mindful of that if you plan on letting your children read it.The series is about a girl named Amber, who discovers that her parents are not who she thought they were and is on the run from them. I can’t say much without spoiling the plot, so I’ll stop here.Let’s talk about shipping and quality. It took a couple of weeks before it came in but the wait was worth it. The books were wrapped and bound tightly in plastic and came in a bag lined with bubble wrap. The books were new and shiny. I’m very happy with my purchase and it’s definitely worth it.I recommend this series 100%. If you love thrillers and monsters and magic, look no further. The Demon Road Trilogy will satisfy your imagination.
