Q: Does this cover your butt and hips, or is it too short for that?

I tied it in a knot at the hip and it still covered most of my behind. It's definitely not short or "just to the waist." I do like baggier tops though so I got a L and it covered well.

Q: My shirt says 95 percent Cotten but the description says something different ???

The tag on my shirt says 94% Rayon 6%Spandex I like the feel of this shirt a lot,

No it does not. I just purchased this shirt thinking it does and it does not.
