Shock Doctor Compression Knit Elbow Sleeve with Gel Support

I have tennis elbow and this sleeve allows me to play golf 3-4 times a week with minimal discomfort. Highly recommend.

This is a solid product that I am on my second pair as I have worn them so much that I am wearing them out. That I say in a good way as these hold up really well and don't lost their tension function at any part in the life cycle of this product. Needed to add first left arm then right arm due to workout tweaks and disc golf throwing injury (tennis elbow). Just continued wearing them and (knock on wood) these have minimized the issues and been really helpful. Highly recommend these

Too tight on my husband elbow, but it functions as it should.

I’m an active lifter, and I wear these on my heavy chest and triceps days. They remain in place, remain snug throughout activity, and provide support and reduce elbow pain and forearm weakness related to elbow tendinitis. I machine wash and dry them without concern. They’re compact and store easily. These are the best elbow supports I’ve used.

The size is important so you want to make sure it has a snug fit. The gel pads are on either side of your tendon and they do put effective pressure on these tendons. However, this is my second pair of the sleeves (I wear them on both arms due to tennis elbow) and the gel pads on the first two pairs eventually fell off. The product could do a better job of securing them. Even without the gel pads, these are very good at preventing further damage to my tennis elbows when I play golf or tennis.

Haven't touched a tennis racquet in 30 years, but I do move a mouse around all day, and that will do the same thing in a decade or so. This baby really helps, and it looks sharp too. The gel pads act like an elbow band, and the sleeve provides stability. If there's a better option out there for this price, I'd be surprised.

My husband had a fall that resulted in a displaced fracture of his scapula in his shoulder. It was extremely painful. He tried several slings and none of them did the trick. Then we found the SupTrust Shoulder Brace on Amazon and he never takes it off. It limits his movement just enough to help the shoulder heal. He even wears it to bed.

Bought large based on size guide, way too tight so I bought xlarge and it's almost too loose. My arm is 10.5 inches right by my elbow.

Too tight. Be careful what size you buy
