The length is as pictured. Right below the knees. I am 5' 5" tall.

Q: are this pants baggie on mid calf?

I'm 5'3" 160# and wear size 13/31. These were mid calf, a little baggy, and sent a size 14. Would recommend size 12, but with a belt and folding them to the knees, still semi comfortable at suze 14.
