They work as advertised both for hard flooring and your carpeting. An easy glide.

I bought these sliders for a set of wooden dining chairs that are on a carpeted floor and were not easy to move away from the table and back. I did not want sliders that had adhesive on a larger surface than the bottom of the chair leg because they would collect dust, dirt, etc. so I chose these. Although the sliders worked well as is, when an empty chair was moved, they did not stay in place, probably due to our tendency to give a slight upward tug on the chair. This would not be an issue with a heavy piece of furniture nor one that was moved infrequently. To keep the sliders in place, I used a heavy-duty double-sided tape that I cut to fit the bottom of each chair leg and centered each leg on a slider. Problem solved. The sliders stay in place and work well.

These are really great for moving heavy furniture around on carpet. The only small negative is sometimes one will slip off, so I recommend a little double-sided tape or hot glue.

The easy of use was great!

They advertised thatyou couldmove a small car with them, wouldn't even move a slate pool table.

I bought these to go under my couch. They work perfectly. We are able to move the couch around with ease and they stay in place.

They do a great job. Making moving heavy furniture on both carpet and hard floors easyOnce you have got them under the furniture it's easy you may need help with particularly heavy stuff but once they are there you can leave them especially under beds etcBuy them the only thing you may regret is not buying moreMy only thing would be the option to buy either hard floor or carpet separately.

Not good for heavy objects like stacked washer and dryer.. Had one crack in me!
