Works great and easy to use

I loved this project so much that I purchased 3 for my house. Unfortunately 1 stopped working - I tried resetting, using different outlets etc but thought it was just a lemon. Then the other one stopped working too within a month of the first. I've tried to contact Amazon and the manufacturer to see what the warranty is - to no avail. Very bummed :(

Nice design and good quality. I bought it because the diffuser my friend gave me earlier stops working. I searched on the website and this one takes less space (can be plugged in to the outlet) and can be controlled from the phone, for which my previous diffuser doesn't have. The shipping was much quicker than expected, it said around a week in the order but it arrived in 2 days. It is very easy to setup the diffuser and the mobile app. I put it in my home office in the basement and it works nicely.

Ok I'm huge on scents. This was definitely a TikTok recommendation. Guys when I tell you this aromatherapy essential plug-in is not to be played with. Hear me out. My place is 1172sqft. and I accidentally left it plugged in and went to work. When I came home I had to air my place out. The machine is so powerful. A tiny little goes a long way. Not only does it work. I cant have it plugged in over 20 minutes. Maybe I'm doing it wrong. YES ABSOLUTELY GET IT. It is worth every dollar you spend on it, maybe more. How do control how much fragrance it puts out?

I just plugged it and there wow. I felt like I was at the hotel in Miami Beach ..smelled amazing. After about 15 min I was thinking it’s starting to really get strong like brining your nose strong lol. So i thought now let me actually read the directions. I realized I could download and app to control the spray load. Yea!! I could not for the life of me get the app to work actually I couldn’t even get thru the first steps the app kept crashing. So I gave up and plug it in for short spurts. Annoying but it doesn’t smell good.

Works great for the first few days , gives out quickly. I’ve Had since November and it has stopped working . My advice , spend the extra for a better quality

I bought it back on October 2022 and it stoped working on December. I tried “troubleshooting” but nothing worked. It just stoped diffusing the scent (I’m using The Hotel from AROMA)There’s is no way I can return it, so I guess I lost the $$$ I paid for. In my case is not worth the money!!!I was amazing while work. The house smelled wonderful 100% of the time.NOT BUYING it again!!!!

The diffuser is very easy to follow. Sync to the phone's Bluetooth and set it how often and how long the diffuser dispenses the essential oil mist. The diffuser makes a little noise but it's ok. The bottle holds a lot of oil and should be good for a long time when using the low grade. Overall it is an easy-to-use, good compact diffuser.

This product works! Diffuses scent nicely, however it’s NOISY!! To the point after 5 minutes I unplugged it and packed it to return it because it’s irritating!! Another aspect I did not like is that the bottle to hold the oil is made of plastic instead of glass abs essential oils will degrade it over time. I did like that it had blood tooth but I did not own this long enough to even use that feature. It’s also quite pricey

Maybe I got a lemon but it worked fine for first couple months but then it stopped emitting the oil. Buy the more expensive machines. It’s more reliable and customer service is better.

It worked nicely for the first few days but then it just stopped dispensing the fragrance. It’s not too noisy but generally it does make a sound when dispensing the fragrance. In two minds about it - not sure if I should return it or just look for something else.

Quit after a few months. No way to contact seller. Buy anything else
