Beautiful and practical!
Love this weighty copper&tin-lined cecina and absolutely recommend it. Used it a few times already and it has almost miraculous heat retention and distribution properties. It is undoubtedly pricey but it is handmade, looks beautiful, is versatile and will last a long time.After a few times in the oven it is changing colour and looks magnificent: the copper has now turned shades of pink and red and orange.Arrived very quickly in sturdy packaging. Good company to deal with: they were in touch immediately and answered my queries.
